Service Technicians

North Wind Mechanical is a privately held company. We serve the Central Virginia market from just north of Fredericksburg to Richmond, and Charlottesville to the West.

We are looking for several HVAC/R service technicians. We are a growing company with a superior customer base. We service Convenience Stores, Restaurants, Assisted Living Facilities, and Property Management for the majority of their mechanical needs: refrigeration (walk-ins, reach-ins), HVAC, ice machines, beverage (soda and coffee), and cooking equipment.

This is a team environment where individual contributors are appreciated. You need to be independent-minded, honest, and great with customers.

Qualifications: EPA, clean driving record, great communication skills and a willingness to learn. Three years of service technician skills are preferred.
